Pricing and billing FAQ

How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your card number. Invoices and receipts are available from the billing portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Workspace owners can cancel from the Stripe billing portal. Your service continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments aren't refunded for unused time. Our refund policy covers the exceptions, like billing errors.
What happens if I hit a limit?
There are no overage charges. Usage such as AI questions and SMS alerts simply stops at your plan's limit until the next period or until you upgrade. Your monitoring and dashboards keep working.
Who can sign up?
Signup requires a business email address. Agencies sign up once and add their client organizations inside the workspace.
Do agencies pay per client?
InnoStak bills the agency workspace. Agencies bill their own clients directly — Pulse doesn't split or collect payments on your behalf.
