Warranty Policy

The limited warranty for paid InnoStak Pulse subscriptions: what it covers, what it doesn't, how to make a claim and the remedy.

Last updated

The short version

  • If a paid Pulse feature doesn't work as our documentation describes because of an error on our side, tell us and we'll fix it at no charge.
  • Report the problem within 45 days of when it started, with enough detail for us to reproduce it.
  • If we can't fix it within a reasonable time, you can cancel and we'll refund the fees you paid for the affected period.
  • The warranty doesn't cover third-party providers, AI answers, free tools, beta features, or problems monitoring can't reasonably detect.
  • Apart from this limited warranty, Pulse is provided AS IS, as our Terms of Service explain.

This summary is for convenience. The full text below is what applies. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

  1. Warranty coverage

    RealTek Automation LLC (doing business as "InnoStak", "we", "us") warrants to customers on a paid InnoStak Pulse subscription that, during the subscription, the Service will perform materially as described in our then-current product documentation and help center. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. [Attorney to confirm: whether to offer this limited warranty during the pilot program, or disclaim all warranties until general availability]

    A "defect" means a reproducible failure of a paid Pulse feature to work as documented that is caused by an error in our software, configuration or operation of the Service, such as scheduled checks not running, alerts not being sent by Pulse, or incorrect calculations in reports.

  2. What the warranty doesn't cover

    This warranty does not cover problems caused by, or involving:

    • Third-party software and services, including Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, email and mobile carriers, AI model providers and hosting or network providers, and changes they make to their products, APIs or access.
    • Monitoring limits described in our Terms of Service, such as problems shorter than the check interval, data a provider doesn't make available, or alerts delayed or dropped by carriers.
    • The accuracy or completeness of AI reports, answers, recommendations and effort estimates.
    • The free website health check, free or trial accounts, and features marked "Rolling out", "beta", "preview" or similar.
    • Misuse, use against our Terms or documentation, incorrect setup, or changes made by you or a third party, including modifications to the status widget or the telemetry snippet.
    • Internet, network or utility outages, hardware failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
    • Your own systems, websites and services. Pulse reads and reports; it doesn't change them, so it doesn't warrant them.
  3. Making a warranty claim

    Contact our support team at support@innostak.com or call 346-480-7666 within 45 days after the defect first occurred. Please include:

    • a description of the problem and when it started;
    • the workspace, project or monitor affected;
    • screenshots, incident links or other evidence, if you have them;
    • your invoice or subscription details, if the claim concerns a charge.

    Claims made after the 45-day period, or after your subscription has ended, aren't eligible for coverage.

  4. Remedy

    If a reported problem is a covered defect, we will, at our choice and at no additional charge, fix it, provide a workaround, or re-run the affected work (for example, regenerate a report) so the Service performs as documented.

    If we can't correct the defect within a reasonable time, you may cancel your subscription, and we'll refund the fees you paid for the period affected by the defect. This remedy is also listed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

    These are your sole and exclusive remedies, and our entire obligation, for any breach of this warranty.

  5. Limitation of liability

    Our total liability under this warranty is limited to the fees you paid for the Service during the period affected by the defect. Under no circumstances will InnoStak be liable under this warranty for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including data loss, lost revenue, downtime or business interruption. The limitation of liability in our Terms of Service also applies.

  6. No other warranties

    EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY IN THIS POLICY, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE, THE FREE HEALTH CHECK, AI OUTPUT AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", AND INNOSTAK DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY, AS DESCRIBED IN OUR TERMS OF SERVICE.

    There's no uptime or availability commitment (SLA) unless a signed order form includes one.

  7. Professional services

    Optional InnoStak engineering work that is quoted separately (for example, fixing an issue Pulse found) isn't covered by this policy. It is covered by InnoStak's company Warranty Policy, which provides a 45-day workmanship warranty from delivery, and by the terms of its quote or statement of work.

  8. Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy and will post changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we'll notify workspace owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes don't affect claims already made.
