Getting expert help from InnoStak

When your team is stuck, hand the problem to InnoStak engineers with the evidence already attached.

Updated

Pulse is built by InnoStak, a software engineering and automation partner. Most issues Pulse finds are fixable by your own team, and the recommendations are written so they can do exactly that. When they can't, we can.

When to reach out

  • The fix is outside your team's experience, such as database tuning, infrastructure or a legacy codebase.
  • An incident is urgent and still unresolved.
  • You want a second opinion before a risky change.
  • Your AI report flags a finding for InnoStak engineers.

What to send

Share the finding or incident link and a short description of what you've already tried. Your Pulse evidence gives our engineers a head start, so nobody has to rediscover the problem.

Expert help is optional and quoted separately from your Pulse plan. Contact InnoStak at innostak.com/contact.

Don't wait for something to break.
