Getting started

Getting started with InnoStak Pulse

Create your account, set up your workspace and invite your team in a few minutes.

Updated

Pulse watches your websites and apps so you hear about problems before your customers do. Here's how to get going.

1. Create your account

Sign up with your company email address. Personal providers like Gmail or Outlook and temporary inboxes aren't accepted. We'll email you a link to confirm your address.

2. Set up your workspace

After you confirm, choose whether you're a business monitoring your own software or an agency managing software for clients. Pulse creates your workspace and your company's organization in one step, and makes you the owner.

3. Invite your team

Open Team and invite people by company email. Each invitation is tied to one email address, expires after 7 days and can only be used once.

4. Activate your plan and add a project

Monitoring starts once your plan is active. During the pilot program, the InnoStak team switches on pilot access for you. Then add your first project: one app or website, like your production site.

Want a quick read on your site right now? Run the free website health check, no account needed.

Don't wait for something to break.

Start your pilot and get alerts within minutes, with the evidence attached. Business email required.

Backup when you need it

Your developer's stuck? Ours aren't.

Pulse is built by InnoStak, a software engineering and automation partner. When a fix is beyond your team, hand it over with the evidence attached. Optional, and quoted separately from your Pulse plan.
