Plans, seats and limits

How projects, seats and usage limits work, and what happens when you reach one.

Updated

Your plan sets how many projects, people and monitors you can use. Your Overview and Team pages show usage from the same source, so the numbers always match.

Seats

A seat is one person with access anywhere in your workspace. Each person counts once, even if they have access to several clients or projects. Pending invitations don't use a seat until they're accepted.

Reaching a limit

When you hit a limit, the action is blocked with a clear message. There are no overage charges. Upgrade, or remove something you no longer need.

Workspace states

  • Setup: you can configure your workspace and invite your team. Monitoring waits for an active plan.
  • Active: monitoring and reports run within your plan limits.
  • Read-only: monitoring is paused, but you can still view and export your data.

Don't wait for something to break.

Backup when you need it

Your developer's stuck? Ours aren't.

Pulse is built by InnoStak, a software engineering and automation partner. When a fix is beyond your team, hand it over with the evidence attached. Optional, and quoted separately from your Pulse plan.
